What is the difference between ID card and door entry proximity Key Fob?

Difference: ID card can only read and cannot write, while IC proximity key fob card can read and write data, and proximity key Fob can be encrypted. The contactless proximity key Fob has read and write functions. There are 16 sectors that can be encrypted. The ID card can be copied by people. The IC involves sector passwords. Compared with the security performance, it is not easy to be cloned. Therefore, the IC door card on the market is better than the ID card. The price is more expensive. 1. Definition of IC door card and ID card The full name of IC door card is Integrated Circuit Card, also known as Smart Card. Read and write, large capacity, encryption function, reliable data recording, and more convenient to use, such as all-in-one card systems, consumer systems, attendance systems, etc. At present, there are mainly PHILIPS Mifare series cards. The full name of ID card is Identification Card. It is a non-writable proximity card with a fixed number.
