  • What is a proximity Card? How do they use in Access Control System?
    Apr 02, 2020
A card access system grants access only to employees or members holding a proximity card or badge. Proximity cards use radio frequency technology (RFID) to wirelessly open doors once when they are within range of a proximity card reader. Shop a full line of proximity cards , fobs, and adhesive tags compatible with any major brand of card access control systems A proximity card (also known as proximity cards or access control cards) is a card that works with door access control systems to wirelessly unlock the door, replacing a traditional key and lock. proximity cards make it easy to restrict access to a campus, building , or secured area. RFID proximity cards are used in businesses around the world in a wide variety of industries. They are extremely popular with large office buildings, businesses with large campuses and multiple buildings, schools, government offices, and more. PVC Cards PVC proximity cards are made from durable white PVC. They are the same size and shape as a standard CR80 card. Composite Cards Composite proximity cards are made from a more durable composite material of PVC and polyester, allowing them to withstand higher temperatures during the card lamination process. They are also the same size as a standard CR80 card. Clamshell Cards Clamshell cards are thicker than a standard card, and use two pieces of rigid PVC to sandwich the proximity antenna. Clamshell cards cannot be printed using an ID card printer because of their size; instead, you can print on adhesive-backed CR79 cards and apply them to the clamshell card. Meihe Factory has more than 20 years experience in RFID industry,we can offer kinds of RFID products,if you are interested, welcome to contact us.Free Samples can be sent for your testing. Plastic cards or pvc cards are commonly made of two materials, one is PVC and the other is ABS. PVC is the most widely used card-making material. PVC is the abbreviation of PolyvinylChloride. PVC material is a kind of plastic decorative material. It is made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, adding appropriate amount of anti-aging agent, modifier, etc., and is made by mixing, calendering and vacuum absorbing. Made.   CMYK Printing PVC card manufacturing process includes film production, PS plate, printing, magnetic strip, lamination, printing signature strip, punching, post processing (bumping, flat, bar code, inkjet labeling, hot stamping, etc.) , quality inspection, packaging and other processes, the company uses the latest purchase of Heidelberg printing presses in Germany to print PVC cards, with high printing accuracy, accurate color reproduction, fast shipping, while improving the traditional card-making process, effectively avoiding Common quality problems such as PVC card color deviation, card surface scratching, deformation. Moreover, the company has optimized the production process, added anti-scratch, anti-deformation and anti-missing procedures to ensure that each PVC card in the factory meets the ISO9001 quality system standard. PVC Cards also can be made with rfid chips, such as 125khz,13.56mhz ,UHF Chips. We often call that rfid card proximity card or contactless cards. More info, please contact:Email:sales@mhgyjs.com.

  • Offering the T5577 Hotel Lock Card
    Nov 22, 2018
T5577 is a contactless read/ write identification IC (IDIC) for applications in 125-kHz or 134-kHz frequency band. A single coil connected to the chip serves as the IC’s power supply and bi-directional communication interface. The antenna and chip together form a transponder, or tag. The T5577 Hotel Key card can meet many different kinds of hotel locks, such as HID ,Onity, etc. The on-chip 363-bit EEPROM (11 blocks with 33 bits each) can be read and written block-wise from a base station (reader). Data is transmitted from the IDIC (uplink) using load modulation. This is achieved by damping the RF field with a resistive load between the two terminals Coil 1 and Coil Feature * High Performance IDIC® (Extended Read/Write Distance) * Contactless Power Supply * Contactless Read/Write Data Transmission * Radio Frequency fRF from 100 kHz to 150 kHz * Basic Mode or Extended Mode * Compatible with E5551/T5551, T5557, ATA5567 * Configurable for ISO/IEC 11784/785 Animal and Waste Standards Compatibility * Total 363 Bits EEPROM Memory: 11 Blocks (32 Bits + 1 Lock Bit) * On Chip Trimmed Capacitor * High Q-antenna Tolerance Due to Build in Options More Info, please visit www.rfidcardfactory.com Email:sales@mhgyjs.com .

  • What is RFID Technology?
    Sep 10, 2018
RFID English full name Radio Frequency Identification, radio frequency identification, also known as electronic tags, radio frequency identification, inductive electronic chip, RFID proximity card, contactless card, electronic bar code. RFID radio frequency identification is a non-contact automatic identification technology. It automatically recognizes the target object and acquires relevant data through the radio frequency signal. The identification work can work in various harsh environments without manual intervention. RFID technology recognizes high-speed moving objects and recognizes multiple labels at the same time, making operation quick and easy. Short-range RF products are not afraid of harsh environments such as oil stains and dust pollution. Bar codes can be replaced in such environments, such as tracking objects on the assembly line of a factory. Long-range RF products are mostly used for transportation, and the recognition distance can reach several tens of meters, such as automatic charging or identification of vehicle identity. The basic components of RFID The most basic RFID system consists of three parts: Tag: consists of a coupling element and a chip, each tag having a unique electronic code attached to the object to identify the target object; Reader: A device that reads (and sometimes writes) tag information and can be designed to be handheld or fixed; Antenna: Transmits RF signals between the tag and the reader. The electronic tag generally stores electronic data in an agreed format. In practical applications, the electronic tag is attached to the surface of the object to be identified. The reader can read and recognize the electronic data stored in the electronic tag without contact, thereby achieving the purpose of automatically identifying the body. Usually the reader is connected to the computer, and the read tag information is transmitted to the computer for further processing. The basic working principle of RFID technology The reader sends a certain frequency of the radio frequency signal through the antenna. When the tag enters the magnetic field, it generates an induced current to obtain energy. The information such as the self-encoding is read and decoded by the reader and sent to the host computer for processing. More rfid product info, please contact:sales@mhgyjs.com
