In recent years, domestic and international food safety incidents occur frequently, the people of food safety is very hard to prevent, whether the quality of food clearance, whether to achieve safety standards are often skeptical. From the "farmland to the table", the food industry's production and management of many links, any one part of the error, there may be a variety of security issues, affecting people's lives and health [1]. How to make people eat assured food, in addition to the establishment of the corresponding quality standards, strengthen the monitoring and testing, put an end to the problem of food into the market, but also the use of advanced logistics technology, through the traceability system to establish accountability mechanisms in the food after the market Further discover the root of the problem food [2]. How to eliminate the people of food quality and safety concerns, the key is to provide consumers with real food production and processing information and reliable quality and safety report.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) radio frequency identification technology, is the 20th century, 90 years began to rise a technology. RFID technology in today's many things networking system played a key role, it is "material" and "network" of the connection. This paper studies the application of RFID in food safety traceability platform, through the RFID technology to collect food-related information, input to the food safety management system, stored in the central database, to achieve information and data sharing, consumers and regulators can easily query the food production, Processing, transportation and other information.
1 RFID working principle introduction

Reference to RFID technology, electronic tags as the target of the label, attached to the target object, is the target information carrier. Compared with the widely used logistics bar code labels, the use of RFID tags has many advantages [6]. The obvious features are the ability to adapt to the environment, the amount of information is large, the reading distance is long, the electronic tags do not need to be within the sight of the recognizer, as shown in Table 1 [7-8].

Traditional identification techniques are often used in animal breeding, this technology to a certain extent, in the farm on the intelligent management and production of practical problems, but it is difficult to complete the entire supply chain information needs. RFID technology provides a new technical support, it can solve the animal identity authentication and tracking problem, is an ideal source of traceability technology.
