Production process
First: the design of the artwork
The design of the artwork is generally based on the size of the sample provided by the customer. The drawing is usually done using flat drawing software, such as CDR or AI software. Second: open the mold
Opening the mold is the mold master to open the offset according to the designed artwork, then use the offset to engrave the copper, and finally use the copper to engrave the steel mold. Some hand-loop technology molds have a relatively high production technology and a relatively long time; generally, the mold opening period is calculated in five days. With the mold, it will be faster to produce.
Third: color mixing
According to the color code on the international Pantone color card specified by the customer, the color ratio is aligned, and the color difference is very small.
Fourth: approved materials
The material required for each bracelet is electronically weighed, and the general bracelet weighs about 5.5 grams.
Fifth: upper mold production
After the mold is done, it is good to get on the machine. After installing the mold, the machine needs to be warmed up, and a 9-die machine produces about 15,000 pieces per day.
Sixth: quality inspection
After the bracelet is produced, it is necessary to check the quality of the product. It mainly depends on whether the product meets the specifications. If there is any discrepancy, it will be completely disposed of.
Seventh: trimming
Each bracelet will be left with a residual edge. After passing the inspection by the quality inspection department, the product will be sent to the post-process department for trimming. (The average number of trimmings per person per day is about 3,000).
Eighth: finished product inspection
After repairing the side, it is the finished product. It is also necessary to send the finished product back to the quality inspection department to check the quality of the trimming, whether there are any unqualified products, and if it is to be scrapped.
Ninth: Packaging Department
After the repaired products have passed the inspection, they will be packaged according to customer requirements. The packaging is divided into PP bags and two packages. Both are 100 packs. Usually 20 packs a box (2000) are export standard boxes. Generally boxed according to customer requirements.
Tenth: Inspection before sealing
After the packaging is completed, the quality inspection department will check the quantity. If there is no problem, it will be sealed and sent to the warehouse for delivery.
