3), the thickness of the card: If there is no special explanation, the company will print the standard thickness (0.76mm).
4), because each print has a certain color difference. If there is a sample card, it will be based on the sample card. It should be as close as possible to the color of the sample card when printing, but it is impossible to reach 100%. If the customer has very strict color requirements, the number of cards is relatively large. If the delivery time permits, the coated paper should be printed first to confirm the printing effect. A single quantity (less than 10,000 sheets) is imprinted, and the color difference is regarded as normal within 10%.
5), the final color effect of the card is different from the color effect seen on the computer monitor, even if the same design manuscript will look different on different monitors (for example, in liquid crystal display (LCD) It looks different from looking at a normal display (CRT)}.
6), the thickness of the line can not be less than 0.076, otherwise the printed lines are not clear.
7), the distance from the convex code to the card edge should be a minimum of 4-5mm; the distance from the magnetic strip to the edge is 4mm, and the width of the magnetic strip is 12mm.
8), the size of each character of the small convex code is 3mm, and the size of each large convex code is 4mm.
9), text, symbols, patterns, please turn into a curve.
10) Since the card printing carrier is different, the printed product will have a certain color difference with the printed or printed color of the computer. Printing is done according to the CMYK color book. The computer screen color and the printer print color cannot be used as the printing color.
11), the shading or basemap color should not be set below 8%, so as not to be able to display when the finished product is printed.
12) Non-standard cards need to be opened separately, the construction period is longer and the mold fee is required. Non-standard cards can't be flat coded, can't be bar coded, can't make convex code, can only be coded.
13), the convex code can not be vertical (ie, the convex code can not be parallel with the short side of the card, only parallel with the long side).
14), matt (matte), plus laser, use transparent materials, plus packaging bags, etc. need to add fees, special instructions should be placed when placing orders.
15), PVC card design size 88.5mm × 57 mm (including bleeding position), finished product size is 85.5mm × 54 mm.

14. What issues should I pay attention to when placing a smart card?
1) Before the IC and ID card are placed, it must be stated which chip model and card thickness (thick card, medium-thick card, thin card), white card or printing.
2) Before ordering, you must confirm that the selected chip model can be used normally on your own system. If you choose the chip improperly, the chip will not be used normally. This risk is borne by the customer. Therefore, you must first test the chip model before ordering.
3) Since the chip card has restrictions on the position of the convex code, please consult our merchandiser before determining the position of the convex code before designing the manuscript.
4) Under normal circumstances, the choice of domestic chips, the price will be much cheaper than the original chip. Therefore, we recommend that customers try to use domestic chips. The compatible models of domestic chips and imported chips can be found on the website.
5) The standard thickness of the contact chip card is 0.84 mm, and the thickness of the non-contact chip card is 0.90 mm-1.10 mm.
