Choose the Right RFID Chip

LF and HF are the most common choices for this wristband. The correct chip depends on the reader frequency data format and system already in use. For smartphone applications choose a compatible NFC chip such as NTAG213 NTAG215 or NTAG216. Standard LF chips cannot be read by NFC phones.

Wristband and Data Customization

The wristband length width thickness wearing range silicone color and metal buckle can all be customized. Logos and identification details can be added through printing laser engraving embossing debossing or color filling. The best process depends on the artwork and required appearance.

RFID chips can be supplied blank or pre encoded. We can also print QR codes barcodes serial numbers member numbers or UID text read the chip UIDs and provide a data file. When required the UID encoded data and printed information can be matched on a one to one basis.

Waterproof Use and System Compatibility

The complete wristband is waterproof and can be used in normal immersion environments. For projects involving chemicals hot water unusual temperatures or special cleaning methods sample testing should be completed under the actual operating conditions.

RFID performance depends on the selected chip reader antenna and system settings. If you already have an access control membership locker or visitor system please send us the reader model required chip or a sample of your current RFID product before production.

We provide the physical RFID silicone wristbands printing and encoding. Access control membership payment event management and other software systems are not included.

Common Questions

Will the wristband work with my existing RFID system?

It can be produced with different LF HF NFC and UHF chips but the chip must match your reader and data format. Send us your reader model current chip or an existing sample so we can check compatibility.

Can a phone read the wristband?

Yes when the wristband uses a phone compatible NFC chip such as NTAG213 NTAG215 or NTAG216. Phone compatibility also depends on the encoded content phone model and system settings.

Can one adjustable size fit different users?

The adjustment holes allow one wristband design to cover a range of wrist sizes. The exact wearing range can also be customized if needed.

Can you encode the wristbands before shipment?

Yes. We can provide blank or pre encoded wristbands read chip UIDs export a data file and match the electronic data with printed QR codes barcodes or serial numbers.

Stock samples are free and the customer pays the courier cost. Small trial orders and volume production are both available. To request a quote send us the application quantity preferred color and any information about your current chip reader or system. Normal production takes around 7 to 8 working days depending on the quantity chip printing and encoding requirements.
