500Custom Logo RFID Countdown Wristband System for Indoor Amusement Parks
Customize MH-CR03 RFID countdown wristbands with silicone strap colors and logo options for indoor amusement parks. The complete solution supports visible time reminders, vibration alerts, visitor identification and turnstile access management.
Best For
Indoor Amusement Parks: Use one reusable wristband to identify visitors, display their remaining play time and check access permission at controlled entrances and exits.
Trampoline Parks: Give each session group a visible countdown reminder while using turnstiles to manage entry, prevent repeated access and identify expired sessions.
Children's Indoor Playgrounds: Help parents, children and staff check the remaining play time without repeatedly asking the front desk. Customized strap colors can also help distinguish different visitor groups or activity packages.
Adventure and Activity Centers: Assign different play durations or permitted zones according to the visitor’s ticket type, membership or selected activity.
Branded Entertainment Venues: Customize the silicone strap color and logo to make the wristband part of the venue’s visual identity instead of using a generic visitor device.
A Branded Wristband That Also Manages Play Time
The MH-CR03 is not only an RFID identification wristband. It combines several functions required by time-based attractions:
• Displays the remaining play time
• Provides colorful LED status indication
• Vibrates before and at the end of the session
• Identifies the visitor through a 13.56 MHz RFID chip
• Works with registered entrance and exit readers
• Supports reusable operation through magnetic charging
• Offers silicone strap color logo and strap-style customization
Visitors can check their own remaining time by pressing the display button. Staff can also view the displayed status directly when assisting visitors at the entrance, activity area or exit.

How the Complete System Works
1. Register the Wristband and Set the Play Time
Staff register the wristband UID and assign the visitor’s play duration and permitted activity areas. The information can be linked with the venue's visitor or membership records according to the software configuration.
2. Start the Countdown
The standard countdown begins when the play time is written to the wristband. For customized projects, the system can also be configured so the countdown starts when the visitor scans at the entrance.
3. Check Access and Open the Turnstile
The entrance reader checks whether the wristband has been registered, whether access is still valid and whether the visitor is permitted to enter that activity area. The turnstile opens when the conditions are met.
4. Display the Remaining Time
The wristband displays the remaining session time. Visitors can press the display button to check it without returning to the front desk. Five minutes before the session ends, the wristband displays a yellow LED indication and vibrates three times to remind the visitor.
5. Apply the End-of-Time Reminder
When the countdown reaches zero, the wristband follows the selected reminder program. Expired wristbands can be prevented from entering again, and repeat-entry rules can be applied according to the project configuration.
6. Check the Wristband at the Exit
The exit reader checks the current wristband status. If the visitor has exceeded the permitted time, the turnstile can be configured not to open automatically and the visitor can be referred to staff for assistance.
7. Collect Charge and Reissue
After use, staff collect the wristbands, clear or update the time and access permissions, recharge them when required and issue them to the next group of visitors.
Select the End-of-Time Reminder Program
Program A
When the countdown ends, the wristband vibrates three times and begins displaying overtime. This option is suitable when staff need to see how long the visitor has exceeded the assigned session.
Program B
When the countdown ends, the wristband continues vibrating and does not display overtime. This option provides a stronger reminder for visitors who need to leave the activity area promptly. The reminder program should be confirmed before production or system configuration.
Installation Integration and Technical Support
Our technical team can assist with reader connection, turnstile configuration, countdown settings and system testing.
For projects that need to connect the wristband equipment with an existing visitor, membership or access management platform, an API interface and technical integration assistance can be provided according to the project requirements.
