The MH-CR03 rechargeable LED countdown wristband gives each visitor an individual time display together with colorful LED and vibration reminders. Visitors can check their remaining play time directly, while staff can use RFID identification and connected turnstiles to check whether a wristband is registered and still valid. Combined with timer setters, charging equipment and access control turnstiles, the wristband becomes part of a complete time and entry management solution for trampoline parks and other time-based attractions.

Why Use LED Countdown Wristbands in Active Venues
Visitors Do Not Have to Rely Only on Announcements
The wristband provides a reminder directly on the visitor’s wrist. This is useful in venues where music, conversations and activity noise make announcements less effective.
Remaining Time Is Easy to Check
Visitors, parents and staff can check the digital display instead of repeatedly asking the front desk how much time remains.
Light and Vibration Work Together
The LED indication provides a visible signal, while vibration provides a physical reminder. The combination is more noticeable during active play than a paper ticket or spoken reminder alone.
Staff Can Identify Expired Sessions
The countdown display and overtime status help staff distinguish visitors whose sessions have ended.
The Same Wristbands Can Be Collected and Reused
After use, staff can collect the wristbands, update the time and RFID permissions, recharge them and issue them to the next visitors.

How the Complete System Works
1. Register and Set the Wristband
Staff register the wristband UID and assign the visitor’s play duration and permitted activity area.
2. Start the Countdown
In the standard operating method, the countdown starts immediately when staff write the time to the wristband. For customized projects, the countdown can instead begin when the visitor scans the wristband at the entrance turnstile.
3. Check Entry Permission
The entrance reader checks whether the wristband is registered and has valid access. The turnstile opens when the configured conditions are met.
4. Display and Remind
During the session, the visitor can check the remaining time on the MH-CR03 display. Five minutes before expiry, the wristband provides a yellow-light warning and vibrates three times.
5. Apply the Selected Expiry Reminder
When the session ends, the wristband either displays overtime after three vibrations or continues vibrating without showing overtime, depending on the selected program.
6. Check Expired Access
Expired wristbands can be prevented from entering again. Repeat-entry and exit rules can also be configured according to the required operating process.
7. Collect Recharge and Reissue
Staff collect returned wristbands, clear or update the timer and access permission, recharge them when required and issue them to the next visitors.

Choose the Countdown Start Method
Start When the Time Is Written
The countdown begins immediately after staff set the selected duration with a Timer Setter. This is suitable when visitors receive their wristbands shortly before entering the activity area.
Start at the Entrance Turnstile
For customized projects, the countdown can begin when the visitor scans the wristband at the entrance. This is suitable when there may be a waiting period between check-in and actual entry.
Installation Integration and Support
Our technical team can assist with the initial configuration of the wristbands, Timer Setters and turnstiles. API information and remote support are available for compatible system integration, initial software installation and testing. The required equipment and operating rules can be configured according to the venue's entrance layout, session duration and daily visitor flow.
