How the Complete System Works

1. Register the Wristband

Staff register the wristband UID in the system and assign the visitor's permitted activity area and play duration.

2. Set or Activate the Countdown

In the standard operating method, the countdown begins when staff write the time to the wristband. For customized projects, the countdown can be configured to start when the visitor scans at the entrance.

3. Check the Wristband at the Entrance

The entrance reader checks whether the wristband has been registered, whether access is still valid and whether the visitor is permitted to enter that activity area. When the conditions are met, the connected turnstile opens.

4. Display the Remaining Time

The visitor can press the display button to check the remaining play time. The LED ring provides an additional visual indication during the session.

5. Remind the Visitor

Five minutes before the session ends, the wristband displays a yellow LED indication and vibrates three times. When the countdown reaches zero, the selected expiry reminder program starts.

6. Apply Expiry and Re-entry Rules

An expired wristband can be prevented from entering again. The system can also apply repeat-entry rules according to the operating requirements of the venue.

7. Check at the Exit

The exit reader checks the current wristband status. For overtime sessions, the exit can be configured not to open automatically and the visitor can be referred to staff.

8. Collect Charge and Reuse

Staff collect the wristbands after use, reset the timer, update the access permission and recharge them when required before issuing them to the next visitors.

Single-Area and Multi-Area Operation

Single-Area Management

A single duration is assigned to each visitor and checked at the main entrance and exit. This configuration is suitable for trampoline parks, laser tag arenas and indoor playgrounds operating one main timed activity area.

Multi-Area Management

Different access permissions or play durations can be assigned to different zones. The reader at each entrance checks whether the wristband is permitted to enter that specific area. This configuration is suitable for venues combining trampoline, climbing, adventure and children's activity areas.

Yes. Visitors or staff can press the display button to check the remaining countdown time.
