Custom RFID Arcade Game Cards for Cashless Payment and Player Membership

Custom RFID arcade game cards are designed for use with compatible cashless management systems in family entertainment centers, amusement arcades, and indoor playgrounds. Each card works as a contactless player credential. When the card is tapped on a compatible game reader, the connected system can identify the player account, deduct game credits, record loyalty points, manage membership benefits, or support prize redemption. We manufacture cards with LF, HF/NFC, UHF, and common dual-frequency combinations. Original chips and cost-effective compatible chip options are available according to the customer’s reader, software, memory, and security requirements.

How Do RFID Arcade Game Cards Work?

The card itself is one part of the complete solution. Credit balances, points, electronic tickets, and membership information may be stored on the card or in the system database, depending on the customer’s software and security design.

How RFID arcade game cards work with a compatible cashless arcade management system

Best For

• Family entertainment centers requiring reusable cashless game cards

• Amusement arcades replacing coins or paper tickets with tap-to-play credentials

• Indoor playgrounds managing player accounts, entry, and game credits

• Bowling centers combining arcade games, membership, and loyalty programs

• Theme parks and water parks using one card across compatible attractions and service points

• Redemption game centers recording electronic tickets and prize points

• Entertainment venues requiring branded membership and player identification cards

How to Choose the Right RFID Chip

The card chip must match the frequency, protocol, memory, and security requirements of the existing reader and management system.

LF 125 kHz: Suitable for legacy readers and basic player or membership identification.

HF 13.56 MHz: Suitable for short-range tap-to-play systems, membership management, credits, loyalty points, and other contactless applications.

NFC NTAG213, NTAG215 and NTAG216: Recommended when the card also needs to interact with NFC-enabled smartphones, such as opening a membership page, promotion, digital profile, or online content.

UHF 860–960 MHz: Available for specialized applications requiring longer identification distances. UHF is not normally the first choice for short-range tap-to-play game machines.

Dual-Frequency Cards:Two RFID technologies can be embedded into one card when a venue needs to use the same credential with two different reader systems.

Custom Printing and Personalization

Each RFID game card can be customized to match the venue's brand, game theme, membership program, or promotional campaign.

Quality Control

Production follows our ISO 9001-certified quality management system.

Card appearance, dimensions, chip readability, and required variable data are checked during production and before shipment. For encoded orders, the supplied data format and matching rules are confirmed before mass production.

Sample testing with the customer’s actual reader is recommended for new projects or system replacements.

Common Questions

Can the RFID card store game credits and loyalty points?

It depends on the arcade management system. Some systems store value or records in the chip memory, while others use the card UID to connect with an account in the system database.

Which chip is best for an arcade game card?

The best chip is the one supported by the existing reader and software. MIFARE cards are suitable for many 13.56 MHz contactless systems, while LF cards are used with compatible 125 kHz readers. MIFARE DESFire can be considered when stronger security and multi-application support are required. NTAG chips are suitable when smartphone NFC interaction is also needed.

Do you provide original chips?

Yes. Original chip options and cost-effective compatible chips are both available. Please specify the required brand and chip model when requesting a quotation.

Can you manufacture dual-frequency RFID game cards?

Yes. Common dual-frequency combinations can be integrated into one card. The final combination and antenna layout depend on the two reader systems and the required card structure.

Can every RFID card be read by a smartphone?

Smartphones normally support NFC at 13.56 MHz, but they do not read standard LF 125 kHz or UHF arcade cards.

Can every card have different printed and encoded information?

Yes. We can produce unique encoding, serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes, and other variable data for each card. UID data can also be matched with printed numbers or customer-provided records.

Can I order fewer than 500 cards?

Yes. Although 500 pieces is the standard production quantity shown on this page, smaller trial orders can also be supplied. Contact us with the required quantity for pricing.

Can I test a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Similar in-stock samples are free for testing. The customer only needs to pay the courier cost. Testing is strongly recommended to confirm compatibility with the existing reader and software.
