Wristband Structure Printing and Data Customization

The waterproof PVC wristband uses a one time snap closure. Once fitted it must be cut or damaged to remove which helps prevent reuse or transfer. Different snap styles sizes shapes and colors are available.

Customize the wristband with logos event details QR codes barcodes serial numbers UID text and other variable data. Silk screen digital and CMYK printing are available.

Wristbands can be supplied blank or pre encoded. We can also read chip UIDs provide a data file and match the UID encoded data QR code barcode and printed number on a one to one basis. Sample testing is recommended for prolonged immersion chemical exposure or unusual operating conditions.

Compatibility and Sample Testing

Compatibility depends on the exact chip reader protocol encoding format and customer software. Send us the reader model system name or a sample of the current credential when available. We recommend testing a sample with the actual equipment before bulk production especially for encoded access projects UHF reading and dual frequency wristbands. We supply the physical RFID PVC wristbands printing and encoding. Event management access control ticketing and payment software are not included.

Are these PVC wristbands reusable?

No. They use a one time snap closure and are designed to be cut or damaged when removed.

Which chip should I choose?

Start with the frequency and chip already supported by your reader or system. LF and HF are the most common choices for this product.

Will the wristband work with my access system?

It can work as a credential within a compatible system. Confirm the reader chip and encoding format and test a sample before production.

Can every wristband have different data?

Yes. UID data encoded information QR codes barcodes and printed numbers can be matched one to one.

Can a smartphone read the wristband?

A compatible phone can read supported NFC data when an appropriate NTAG or other phone compatible NFC chip is selected.

Do you provide access or event management software?

No. We provide the physical wristbands printing and encoding but not the customer management ticketing access control or payment platform.

Can I test a sample first?

Yes. Existing stock samples are free and the customer pays the courier cost.
