This complete time management solution combines MH-CR03 RFID countdown wristbands with turnstiles, timer setters and charging equipment. Each visitor receives a wristband with an assigned play duration. The wristband displays the remaining time and provides LED and vibration reminders, while the entrance turnstile checks whether the wristband is registered and still valid. The system is especially suitable for trampoline parks operating fixed play sessions such as 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. It helps staff manage admission, remind visitors before their session ends and prepare the activity area for the next group.

Why Use Countdown Wristbands for Trampoline Park Sessions
Visitors Can Check Their Own Remaining Time
The MH-CR03 display allows visitors or parents to check the remaining play time directly instead of repeatedly asking staff.
Staff Do Not Need to Remind Every Visitor Manually
The wristband provides a yellow-light and vibration warning five minutes before expiry, giving visitors time to finish their activity and prepare to leave.
Entry Can Be Checked Automatically
Registered wristbands with valid permission can open the entrance turnstile. Expired or unauthorized wristbands can be prevented from entering.
Session Changeovers Become Easier to Manage
Visible countdowns and expiry reminders help staff clear the activity area before the next scheduled group enters.
Wristbands Can Be Collected and Reused
After a session, staff can collect the rechargeable wristbands, clear or update the time and access permission, recharge them when needed and issue them to the next visitors.

How the Trampoline Park System Works
1. Register the Wristband
Staff register the MH-CR03 wristband UID and assign the visitor’s play duration and permitted activity area.
2. Set the Countdown Start Method
The standard operation starts the countdown immediately when the time is written to the wristband. For customized projects, the countdown can instead be configured to start when the visitor scans the wristband at the entrance turnstile.
3. Scan and Enter
The entrance reader checks the wristband. If the wristband is registered, within its valid time and permitted for the area, the turnstile opens.
4. Display the Remaining Session Time
During the session, visitors can check the remaining time on the MH-CR03 display. The multicolor LED ring provides an additional visual indication.
5. Provide the End-of-Session Reminder
Five minutes before expiry, the wristband displays a yellow light and vibrates three times. When the countdown ends, the wristband follows the selected reminder program.
6. Check Exit and Re-entry
Expired wristbands can be prevented from entering again. The exit reader can also check wristband status, and overtime visitors can be referred to staff according to the configured exit rules.
7. Collect Recharge and Reissue
Staff collect the wristbands after use, update the timer and permissions, and place them on the selected charging equipment before the next operating session.

Single-Area and Multi-Area Management
For a single trampoline area, each wristband can be assigned one session duration and one entry permission. For entertainment centers with several activity areas, the system can assign different permissions and durations according to the visitor’s package. The final operating logic depends on the required access rules and system configuration.
Installation Integration and Support
Our technical team can assist with the initial wristband, timer setter and turnstile configuration. Remote support is available for software installation, database connection, API integration and system testing. The exact access logic should be confirmed according to the trampoline park’s entrance layout, session rules and operating process.
