Meihe combines the MH-CR03 RFID countdown wristband with entrance and exit turnstiles, Timer Setters, charging equipment and supporting software. RFID Countdown Wristband Access Control for Timed Attractions

Control timed entry and monitor play sessions with MH-CR03 countdown wristbands, RFID readers, turnstiles, Timer Setters and supporting software.

How Time and Access Control Work Together

1. Register the Wristband

Staff register the wristband UID in the supporting system and assign the visitor’s play duration and permitted attraction areas.

2. Check Access at the Entrance

The entrance reader checks whether the wristband is registered and has valid access permission. When permission is valid, the turnstile opens. The system can also apply rules to prevent the same wristband from entering repeatedly.

3. Start and Display the Countdown

The standard countdown starts when staff write the time to the wristband. For suitable projects, it can be customized to start when the visitor scans at the entrance. During the session, the MH-CR03 displays the remaining time and provides colorful LED indication.

4. Remind the Visitor

Five minutes before the session ends, the wristband shows a yellow light and vibrates three times. At expiry, it activates the selected reminder program so the visitor and staff know that the assigned time has ended.

5. Apply Expired Access Rules

An expired wristband can be blocked from entering the attraction again. Different rules can be assigned to different areas when the venue operates several timed zones.

6. Check at the Exit

The exit reader checks the wristband status. If the visitor is overtime, the gate can be configured not to open automatically and to refer the visitor to staff. After the session, staff clear the countdown and update the wristband permission before reuse.

Best For

Trampoline parks: Control fixed sessions such as 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Visitors receive personal reminders, while the entrance and exit check the same wristband.

Laser tag arenas: Allow only registered visitors with valid session permission to enter the activity area and prevent the same permission from being used repeatedly.

Indoor adventure attractions: Connect timed entry, visible countdown reminders and expiry control for climbing, challenge and interactive activity areas.

Multi zone entertainment centers: Assign different play times and access permissions to individual zones according to the visitor’s selected activities.

Timed ride and game areas: Use the wristband to show remaining play time and check whether the visitor still has valid access to the controlled attraction.
