Compatibility with Hotel Lock Systems
We have manufactured RFID hotel key cards for Vingcard systems, as well as Onity, Dormakaba/Saflok, SALTO, Adel, Orbita, Be-Tech, and other hotel lock systems. Exact compatibility depends on the lock model, front-desk encoder, software version, chip type, and credential configuration. The same operating frequency alone does not guarantee compatibility. Please provide your existing card, lock model, or encoder information before ordering. Free samples are available for testing with your actual hotel lock and front-desk encoder before mass production.

How to Choose the Right RFID Chip

The correct chip must match the hotel’s existing lock, encoder, and access management software. Different chip families provide different memory structures, security features, and system compatibility.

MIFARE Ultralight options include Ultralight, Ultralight EV1, Ultralight C, and Ultralight AES. The correct version should be confirmed according to the lock model, encoder, and software requirements. 

Unencoded and Pre-Encoded Hotel Key Cards

Cards can be supplied unencoded for the hotel to process with its authorized front-desk encoder. Pre-encoding with customer-provided data is also available, subject to technical evaluation of the selected chip, data format, and encoding instructions. Room assignments, validity periods, and access permissions are normally written by the hotel’s own system during guest check-in.

RFID and Magnetic Stripe Hotel Cards

An RFID chip and magnetic stripe can be combined in one hotel key card for compatible hybrid systems. This option is suitable for hotels that still operate magnetic-stripe equipment while using RFID door locks or transitioning to contactless access. The RFID chip, magnetic-stripe coercivity, track configuration, and card thickness should be confirmed according to the existing equipment.

For replacement cards, new hotel lock projects, different chip options, or alternative card materials, sample testing with the actual hotel lock and front-desk encoder is strongly recommended. Similar in-stock samples are free. The customer only needs to cover the courier cost.

Yes, provided that the embedded chip and antenna are compatible with the hotel lock and encoder. 

Can I order fewer than 500 cards?

Yes. Although 500 pieces is the standard production quantity displayed on this page, smaller trial orders can also be supplied. Pricing depends on the chip, material, printing, and required quantity.

Can I test a sample before ordering?

Yes. Similar in-stock samples are free for compatibility testing. The customer only needs to pay the courier cost.

What is the production time?

Standard production normally takes approximately 7–8 working days.
